APPOINTMENT SETTER
POSITION SUMMARY
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through lead generation, as a proactive and results-driven individual. This role will be responsible for qualifying potential leads to support the sales department in achieving its revenue targets. Additionally this role will work to build a consistent and qualified pipeline of leads, schedule appointments and facilitate the initial stages of the sales process creating that initial relationship with the client. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

OBJECTIVES
- Complete a minimum of 200 calls per day while utilizing sales scripts while interacting with potential clients
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales department with decision-makers or key stakeholders to facilitate the sales process and move leads through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system to track progress, measure performance, and support sales reporting
- Collaborate with the sales closers, communicating lead information and providing updates on prospect status
- Coordinate and conduct follow-up activities to optimize the sales process and maximize conversion rates
- Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered to articulate value propositions effectively
- Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image
- Communicate the company’s value propositions to all business owners
- Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment

- Proficiency with CRM software, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related technology

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- GED or high school diploma preferred
- 1 year of sales or lead generation experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
