As a Product Apprentice for Carat, Fiserv’s Enterprise merchant segment, you will have the opportunity to learn Agile product delivery processes, review business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Participate in user experience journeys, learn to write user stories, and work with UX, technical, and product managers to test and execute the development plans.
A typical day:
- In this role, with training and coaching you can expect to:
- You will consult with internal product and business teams to learn about client needs, partner with the product management teams to learn the current product set and roadmaps and help inform roadmap and development plans for areas of improvement.

You must have
- Either a High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree
- This is an an in person role- must have existing commutable residence with expectation to work on-site in Hagerstown, MD office.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must participate in routine background and clearances
Skills needed
- Desire to learn or preferred experience in:
- Collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, Aha, etc.
- Microsoft suite of tools: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Project management practices, reporting, and tracking
- Complex problem-solving capability and a growth mindset
