Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and recommend provider compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Lead the development and delivery of Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments and commercial reasonableness reviews, acting as a liaison to third parties when necessary.
- Utilize compensation survey data to benchmark provider roles and maintain competitive positioning in selected markets.
- Design and maintain documentation of provider compensation programs, including administrative guidelines and compensation grids.
- Partner with leadership to develop provider position descriptions and specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
What You Bring:
- Expertise: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Minimum of three to six years of experience in developing complex physician compensation arrangements.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of federal laws impacting physician compensation, such as Stark and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Analytical Skills: Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
