Team members and candidates must be able to perform the following duties with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Responsible for set-up of daily food prep and organization of the snack bar.
- Responsible for the proper storage of all food and beverage items to ensure quality and prevent cross-contamination.
- Cook and prepare food based off of customer orders.
- Take credit card orders, which may include validating casino comp/reward discounts and applying appropriate discounts to the order.
- Assist in special weekly events and promotions – requiring the need to memorize recipes on a normal basis.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in the weekly ordering process to ensure the Snack Bar has enough food and supplies to run efficiently.
- Clean and maintain a safe and healthy environment that meets and exceeds food safety standards.
- Assist the marketing department in food preparations as needed for special Casino wide events.
- Other duties as assigned by management/leadership.
