FERRAGAMO is seeking a temporary Retail Construction Administrative Coordinator to join our team supporting the Project Managers and Senior Staff with the project administrative work and facilitating the communication and the workflow with internal cross-functional Team and external Vendors.
The ideal candidate is a creative and well-organized professional, comfortable liaising with people at all levels, proactive and enthusiastic with a high energy and “can do” approach to the work. Located in our New York office. This position will be hybrid, 4 days in office.
Project Administration 70%

Assist Project Managers with SAP purchase orders entry, orders tracking, invoices processing.

Collect and archive project close-out documents such as: As-Built drawings, lien waivers, certificates of occupancy, tenant’s allowance packages etc.

Assist in managing the department calendar with events, meetings, time off and business trips.

Data entry and Team Support for general admin work.
Reporting and Bookkeeping (30%)

Update and distribute monthly project schedules with store openings to internal cross functional Teams.

Send deadline reminders to internal and external project stakeholders.

Preparation of meeting minutes and project reports in Power Point.

Create and maintain project records to collect LL contributions, drawings, and photos of the stores network.

Organize and distribute material samples.
Requirements
-
College studies/Passion: in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior design, Visual Merchandising, Construction, Facilities Management, Finance or related fields.

Software: Microsoft Office, SAP.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project preferred but not required.
