We are seeking a qualified and passionate faculty member to join our innovative team. As an adjunct faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in the academic success and professional development of our students by delivering high-quality education while fostering critical thinking and providing students with real-world insights.
Your Responsibilities Include:

Teach undergraduate courses in finance, using engaging instructional methods. Upon request, develop course syllabus, lesson plans, and instructional materials that align with departmental and institutional learning outcomes.
- Facilitate active learning experiences that promote student engagement, participation, and skill development. Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including exams, assignments, projects, and presentations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to enhance student success.

Utilize technology and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences both in the classroom and online.

Maintain regular communication with students to provide support, guidance, and academic advisement as needed.

Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and accreditation standards.
- Fulfill administrative duties, such as submitting grades, attendance records, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
Your Qualifications Include:

A master’s or doctoral degree in finance required.

A minimum of five years related professional work experience is required.

Prior teaching experience at the college or university level preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

Proven ability and commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment promoting academic excellence.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators to achieve departmental and institutional goals.
