**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive/Corporate Chef to join our collection of fast casual to full service restaurants. The ideal candidate will oversee the culinary operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure the highest quality of food production. **Responsibilities:**
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and maintain menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment
- Create innovative dishes and specials to enhance the menu
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen management, inventory control, and food preparation techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in bartending is a plus
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required
