This role will gain hands-on experience in all major financial areas of Prinova including: Accounting, Operational Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Credit/Treasury over a 2-3 year time period.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Work with accounting to assist in the monthly and year-end close processes
Support the annual budget process
Develop and maintain analysis and financial models for use of senior management in reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance and comparisons to budget/forecast/prior year results
Generate daily, weekly, monthly management reports and KPI’s that track the financial and operational performance of the organization
Ability to data mine and create deep dive analysis on various metric areas and financial trends
Supporting senior staff with special or ad-hoc projects as requested
Process Accounts Payable Invoices and apply cash receipts to Accounts Receivable

Required Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
- Familiarity or general aptitude for ERP systems is preferred
Travel:
Travel is not regularly part of this role but possibly can arise as needed.

- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Work environment is normally in an office setting. Must be able to make frequent rounds in a warehouse environment as needed
- Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Other physical requirements include moderate standing and occasional squatting, bending, and twisting
- Ability to work around a variety of different smells and aromas
- Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.
