Responsibilities:
- Review files, reports, and other documents to obtain information and respond to requests
- Match purchase orders and record information Manage disputes, cancellations, refunds, etc..
- Find mistakes and correct them promptly
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Data entry
- Assist in monthly closings
Qualifications:
No experience is necessary as we are willing to train the perfect candidate.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to identify potential issues or errors
- Attention to detail
Experience:
- Customer service
- Data Entry (preferred but not required)
- QuickBooks: 1 Year (preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
