We are hiring a Service Technician to support our hardworking and tenacious team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues on customer computers and phones, setting up new equipment, resolving problems, completing paperwork and communicating the details of the technical issue to our customers. A professional who has their own transportation and a clean driving record is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot problems on customer's computers and other electronics.
- Install, repair, upgrade and configure hardware and software.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies.
- Follow safety procedures.
- Work with customers to assist them with issues they have.
- Communicate with users to determine issue.
- Help users to understand new technology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
