Key Responsibilities:

Drive customer savings through outbound negotiations with top providers (Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, etc.)

Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies, identifying and documenting "patterns" to enhance our repeatable process

Deliver exceptional customer experiences, setting expectations, and exceeding service standards

Document customer interactions and negotiation journeys in our CRM

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive process improvements
Fast-Track to Team Supervisor:
-
Achieve exceptional performance metrics and demonstrate leadership potential within the first 6 months

Take on additional responsibilities, mentoring team members and contributing to team strategy

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement team goals and objectives

Lead by example, driving a culture of excellence and customer-centricity
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or negotiation

Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing priorities
