The Warehouse Driver position is an important role, vital to the day-to-day operations of ERHCo Inc.. The Warehouse Driver reports to the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Manager. They work towards ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of inventory. This individual’s strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and positive attitude are essential to the success of ERHCo Inc.’s Operations Department, and the company as a whole.
Compensation and Schedule:
- $19.00 per hour with opportunities for increases with completed benchmarks.
Objectives:
- Operate according to the Core Values
- Assist in dayto-day warehouse tasks to support retail locations.
- Facilitate the movement of stock, supplies, and paperwork between ERHCo retail stores and the office/warehouse.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager and other Warehouse Support team members in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of product transfers and mail out orders.
Responsibilities (Duties include, but are not limited to):
Drive route efficiently and safely, abiding by all traffic laws.
Deliver and receive transfers of products and paperwork between retail stores and central office.
Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of cargo vans.
Inter-store Transfers
Accurately pull items and create transfers for each store.
Check in incoming transfers and RTVs.
Stock shelves and maintain organizational systems within the warehouse.
- Communication with Team and Management
Effectively communicate with team and management verbally and in writing
Inform Shipping team and Warehouse Manager of route disruptions.
Promptly respond to Microsoft Teams messages and phone calls from stores
Assist with daily freight check-ins.
Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized warehouse.
Assist with overall building security.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive, helpful, and selfmotivated disposition
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Forklift/Pallet Jack experience or training
- Receiving experience, a plus
