Overview
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support management and to provide administrative and clerical support in the Service and Preventative Maintenance (PM) departments.
Job duties include assisting all departments in tasks such as job setup, entering information into TSheets, Quickbooks, and Maximizer, assisting with job scheduling and tracking, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling rental equipment, and assisting with job follow up.
Essential Functions
- Provide administrative support and communicate clearly with management, technicians, and customers to ensure PM visits are successfully scheduled, completed, and documented
- Assist the Service Admin to facilitate the successful completion of service jobs
- Occasionally prepare quotes with information provided by sales staff or management
- Answer incoming phones
- Assist management with special projects
- Provide clerical, administrative, or other necessary support to management and other departments as needed
Required Skills
- Well‐organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
- Knowledge of recycling industry and equipment a plus
- Experience providing administrative support in a service-based industry a plus
- MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook skill required
- CRM, QuickBooks, and TSheets/QuickBooks Time experience a plus
- Must read, write legibly, and speak English clearly
- Must be a team player with high level of dedication
- Professional behavior and office experience required
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform duties that could require extended periods of standing, stooping, bending and reaching.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
