Octagos Health, a leading innovator in remote cardiac monitoring, seeks a passionate and skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will oversee all aspects of the customer experience, ensuring patients and healthcare providers have a seamless and positive interaction with our company and its products.
Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer journey.
Oversee the development and implementation of customer service training programs.
Manage customer service budgets and resources effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, clinical services, sales) to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing customer service teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer service improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Working knowledge of medical devices and the healthcare industry (preferred).
