Job Summary: As a Manufacturing-Focused Customer Support Specialist and Procurement Support at Enervex, Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. In addition, you will support our procurement team with buying activities, offering a dynamic cross-functional role that provides opportunities for professional growth and learning. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to address customer needs.
- Assist in the development and improvement of customer service processes and practices.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training programs and ongoing professional development.
- Support the procurement team with buying activities, including vendor communication, order tracking, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a technical or product-based industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as Microsoft Navision.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with technical support or knowledge of venting and chimney systems.
- Experience in procurement or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
