The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are to answer inbound calls for a variety of companies such as medical offices, heating & cooling companies, plumbers, catalog ordering, property management and more. NO OUTBOUND OR SALES CALLS!! Training is provided and you will join an experienced team committed to providing top-notch customer service.
Customer Service Representative Job Highlights:
- 2pm-10pm - $17.00/hour
- Choice of working every other weekend or every Saturday
Add $1/hour on weekend shifts! $2 bonus for bilingual CSR
(English and Spanish)

What they are looking for:
- MUST be able to type at least 35 words per minute, testing required.
- Flexible in tasks and duties assigned
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Pleasant and professional telephone voice, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
MUST be reliable and show up to all scheduled shifts on time. Attendance is VERY important.
