Job Description:
The KYC Manager is responsible for managing the KYC process to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), AML regulations, and the bank's internal policies. This role is overseeing the identification and verification of customer, conducting due diligence, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the KYC process, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Develop and implement KYC policies and procedures in line with BSA/AML regulations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing customers to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Conduct and oversee customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers.
- Lead and manage a team of KYC analysts, providing guidance and support.
- Identify and escalate potential risks related to customer onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
- Stay informed about changes in BSA/AML regulations and update KYC procedures accordingly.
- Ensure the bank's KYC practice are aligned with the latest regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits related to KYC process.
- Address and resolve any findings from audits in a timely manner.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 ~ 10 years of experience in a KYC/AML compliance role with the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with regulatory audits and examinations (Preferred not required)
- English and Korean bilingual
Salary Range : $110k to $150k annually, commensurate with experience

Job Description: The QA Senior Analyst in the BSA Team is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of the bank's BSA/AML programs through rigorous quality assurance reviews. This role involves evaluating processes, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of BSA/AML processes, including transaction monitoring, KYC, CDD, EDD and SAR filing.
- Develop and implement QA methodologies and standards to evaluate compliance and effectiveness.
- Monitor adherence to BSA/AML policies and procedures across the organization.
- Prepare detailed QA reports and present QA review results to BSAO.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training for staff on BSA/AML compliance and QA process.
- Stay current with changes in BSA/AML regulations and ensure QA processes are updated accordingly.
- Support internal and external audit related to BSA/AML.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 ~ 5 years of experience in a BSA/AML compliance or quality assurance within the financial services industry.
- Strong understand of BSA/AML regulations and requirements.
- Proven experience in conducting quality assurance reviews and compliance monitoring.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English and Korean bilingual
- Salary Range : $85k to $110k annually, commensurate with experience.
