Client: 18-year-old female
Services are provided at school in the mornings.
Caregiver prefers female.
Form of payment: 1099
Must speak fluent English.
Tasks:
1. Assist BCBA/Lead Analyst in conducting Assessments/Reassessments and write assessment reports.
2. Developing programming for clients on an ongoing basis and make sure to keep teaching instructions up to date.
3. Direct supervision, training, monitoring and oversight of treatment plans and behavior program implementation by parents, behavior technicians, and school staff
4. Provide training and technical assistance to parents, behavior technicians, and school staff on behavioral techniques, instructional methods, and teaching strategies to best meet individual client’s needs.
5. Complete data analyses, graphing, program reports and program updates/ modifications.
6. Collaboration with parents, administrative staff, service providers, and other outside consultants/professionals as needed to ensure adequate treatment outcomes.
7. Updates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed
8. Some direct implementations of programs may be required but is not the focus of the position.
9. Provides praise or corrective feedback (e.g., including modeling if necessary) if the programs are being implemented incorrectly once per week.
10. Discusses the client’s progress with caregiver and discuss issues occurring in the home with the caregiver that are related to the program objectives once per week.
11. Completes RBT evaluation weekly.
12. Informs immediate supervisor of issues as they arise.
13. Submits time sheets and reports (e.g., monthly reports on time).
14. Completes daily progress notes.
15. Completes authorized therapy hours per client.
16. Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the Company.
17. Managing caseload under the direct and regular supervision of BCBA/Lead Analyst, providing Protocol Modification and Family Treatment Guidance.
18. Developing programming for clients on an ongoing basis and make sure to keep teaching instructions up to date.
19. Writing Monthly reports for each client.
20. Conduct support staff, parent and teacher training.
21. Graphing and analyzing data.
22. Attend agency meetings as required.
23. Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating professional and caring attitudes and behaviors toward co-workers, patients, and guests.
