K to Z Collective is a restaurant group in Montgomery County. K to Z collective owns West Ave Grille, Pizza Wheel, & The Highland Restraunt & Bar hiring for all THREE restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Following opening and closing procedures given by management.
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menus
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers
- Assist in the training and supervision of kitchen staff
Skills:
- Proficient knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques
- Strong understanding of food industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
