What we’re seeking:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with a passion for software development and a strong desire to support business stakeholders in delivering on IT enhancements to realize revenue growth and cost savings.
The Business Analyst is tasked with a comprehensive review of business processes and system integrations to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks, as well as growth opportunities. This role is crucial for ensuring the clarity and conciseness of documented business requirements. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be in either Dallas, TX, or Tampa, FL.

Writing detailed feature-level business requirements

Handing off requirements to IT delivery teams

Supporting refinement, testing, and post-production activities
The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring successful project outcomes.
What we need in you:
What you’ll do:

Develop and implement business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders, identifying their needs, and adapting to changes in strategy and prioritization

Conduct complex analyses to identify and facilitate process or system design changes, prioritizing quality improvement and data management
-
Document business requests from a customer perspective, collaborate with developers to implement these requirements, and provide guidance to testers during the QA process
-
Lead or participate in multiple projects by managing documentation, scope, schedules, priorities, and relationships, ensuring timely delivery and efficient execution with various delivery teams and diverse audiences

Provide leadership by collaborating with team members and peers, taking ownership of issue resolution, and holding the team accountable for results

Assess business process and system inefficiencies. Recommend solutions to enhance adoption and customer satisfaction

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, encompassing business requirements, issue status, workflow execution, dependencies, risk mitigations, and issue resolutions. Additionally, manage and communicate meeting minutes, budget updates, and timeline performance

Meet regularly with teams to review deliverables and deadlines

Salary Range: $55,000 to $157,000

What background you should have:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role in analyzing business processes and requirements
-
Strong proficiency in documenting business requirements, including epics and detailed feature-level requirements
-
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans
-
Experience in conducting complex analyses to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for process improvements
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to facilitate meetings and present findings to diverse audiences
-
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery
-
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
-
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work products
-
Works well under pressure and easily pivots as priorities and requirements change
Helpful:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus
