Position Overview:
Simplia seeks a Director of Sales to amplify sales at Simplia. This role is instrumental in expanding our unique and thriving sales model, offering potential earnings exceeding $150K/year for our representatives. The ideal candidate must have experience managing large offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in Scaling offshore sales teams.
- Sales background with a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Strategically expand and oversee a globally dispersed sales team.
- Execute and refine the CEO's effective sales strategies while incorporating innovative approaches for market enlargement.
- Establish ambitious sales objectives, aligning them with the company’s growth targets.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and advancement of the sales team.
- Evaluate sales performance metrics to steer strategy and communicate progress.
- Nurture a dynamic, motivational sales environment fostering high performance.
- Identify and pursue new market prospects to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
- Offer ongoing mentorship to the sales team, promoting professional growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales management, ideally within a Digital Agency or SaaS targeting small businesses.
- Strong ability to lead and grow a sales team.

- Excellent remote communication abilities.
