ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - FULL TIME or PART-TIME (32 HOURS)

Position: Administrative Assistant
The Blanco Law Group, P.C., formerly the Law Offices of Jose Blanco, P.C., is looking for an administrative assistant to support the current front desk/receptionist. This administrative assistant will be tasked primarily with call overflow, calendar management, returning calls, filing and other general customer service responsibilities. This administrative assistant will have frequent telephonic and in-person communication with clients. This administrative assistant will deal with heavy call volume.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- At least 1-2 years experience in an administrative assistant or receptionist capacity
- Prior work in an immigration law office not required but preferred
- Must be high school graduate or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Self-Starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at once
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work fast in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18/hour
- Quarterly bonuses for firm fiscal quarter performance (awarded twice in 2021, 2022 and 2023).
