The Opportunity
The George West Materials and Rentals Coordinator is responsible for the management of all aspects of materials and rentals within the Mattr Clairmont Solution Center. Primary responsibilities include customer order processing, rentals and sales inventory management as well as logistics. This position is also responsible for maintaining, inspecting and repairing rental equipment as required, and completing all the necessary paperwork. Some travel, evening and weekend work will be expected from time to time.
In this role you will:
· Maintain a safe working environment following all Mattr Standards and Guidelines. This includes completing and documenting safety inspections (eg. Workplace and Forklift inspections etc.).
· Manage the handling of all
inbound/outbound orders and storage of Rentals and Materials.
· Inspect, maintain and repair Rental
equipment as required which includes completing any required paperwork.
· Coordinate with Midland for invoicing,
contracts and maintenance tickets including inputting information into IFS for
tracking.
· Complete Rental and
Materials inventory cycle counts as requested to ensure inventory control and
accuracy.
· Keep warehouse, service and yard areas
clean and organized.
Handle any other matter dealing with the Materials or
Rentals as required or requested by
Regional Operations Manager.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Must be mechanically inclined and experienced with small engines
- Able to work unsupervised
- Computer experience in Windows O/S and its programs (ie. Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
- High level of customer service, initiative and decision making skills
- Ability to professionally interact with a broad range of departments, vendors and customers
- Excellent awareness to detail
- Experience in inventory management and logistics
- Valid drivers license
