Stoneycreek is a leading ad specialty manufacturer, specializing in high-quality promotional products. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our distributor network, retaining and nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth. Occasional travel is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate New Distributors:Prospect and identify potential distributors to expand the company's client base.
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new distributors.
Retain and Grow Existing Distributors:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to foster long-term partnerships.
Sales and Revenue Growth:Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to existing clients.
Occasional Travel:Travel to meet with distributors, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows as needed.
Detail-Oriented Approach:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Pay attention to details in order processing and communication with distributors.
Excellent Communication Skills:Communicate effectively with distributors, internal teams, and management.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Self-Motivated and Deadline-Driven:Work independently and proactively to achieve sales goals.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
Salesforce Knowledge (Plus):Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software is a plus.
Art Background (Plus):Basic knowledge or understanding of art and design concepts is advantageous.
Ability to explain to distributors how product is made.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
