**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized full-time Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team. Experience with admin and real estate is required. The ideal candidate has real estate and administrative skills and will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth real estate operations.
**Duties:**
- Communicate with clients, agents, and real estate partners
- Market properties through online listings and promotional materials
- Provide administrative support to team leader
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Assist in billing & payroll.
- Coordinate property inspections.
- Order and help design marketing materials
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in Real Estate Administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales processes within the real estate industry
- Proficient with excellent written & verbal communication
- Must be computer savvy and be able to solve some basic tech issues if needed
- Proficency in Canva, Google drive, Google meets preferred
- Must be able to take direction and have excellent listening skills
