My name is Pete, I own Kurth’s Auto Repair in New Hope. I would like to take a minute of your time and just be real with you.

I bought Kurth’s in 2019 after I spent a few years living overseas running a non-profit trade school teaching the underprivileged population of Haiti how to work on cars, how to weld and other various trades. I bought Kurth’s to become the economic engine of my non-profit dreams. Throughout the pandemic we donated thousands of dollars worth of repairs to front line workers, we recently gave away our 37th car and on our way to number 40 very quickly. The culture here is so different from many other shops and I realize that it's not for everyone, but if you are looking for a cohesive group of drama free individuals that are not only here to improve their own lives but also lives throughout the community then this is the place for you.
When I bought Kurth’s I knew that in order to create a culture of hard work, honesty, integrity and teamwork, I would need to break industry norms. I made a vow to not only create an impact in the community and the industry but also to create a company that EVERYONE would want to work for. Treating people that work for me with respect, upgrading equipment and making sure our staff had all the necessary tools to not only get the job done but to get it done safely and efficiently. Showing appreciation to both staff and customers like they had never experienced before.
Are we perfect? No. But we are way better than most and striving everyday to get better.
Since buying the shop in 2019 we have had exponential growth in all areas: Customers, Sales, Techs, Equipment and Benefits.
To keep up with the growth we are looking to add a technician, a service advisor and a front counter assistant/parts manager.
