Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Join the Oak Terrace Senior Living team as an RN or LPN Charge Nurse, where your role is crucial to our leadership team and directly impacts the care of our residents. This dynamic position involves providing guidance and leadership to our dedicated caregivers, administering medications, performing treatments, and collaborating with our RN managers to ensure comprehensive resident care. This individual will help run the show in terms of providing quality care to our residents. This position includes both direct care to residents and being a leader and mentor of care aides.
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- 8am-8pm
Every 3rd Weekend and 3rd holiday
We prioritize work-life balance and are open to accommodating some flexibility in shift end times.
Qualifications:
While prior experience in long-term care is preferred, we enthusiastically welcome talented individuals, including those new to the field.
