Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Call Center Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to Web leads, optimizing sales & service team schedules & routes, all while providing excellent customer service to our clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients regarding waterproofing services.
- Track Call Center and Service Center Stats daily
- Confirm sales schedules within a 48-hour window
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Update and maintain customer records and interaction details in the CRM system.
- Optimize Sales routes and improve drive time
- Motivating and guiding team members through taking escalated calls
- Preparing and tracking reports to increase customer satisfaction
- Optimizing processes to improve the call center.
- Provide On-Call Customer Support
- Hiring and training of potential candidates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a call center environment.
- Experience in customer service is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of logistics processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in logistics or customer service is advantageous.

Office hours are Monday through Saturday and on-call nights & weekends (rotation basis); hours vary between 7:00am and 6:00pm, (hours to be discussed/negotiated at interview)
