Job Summary:We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads from our data base , warm leads!!! with customer details and setting appointments for our sales team through outbound calling and customer service efforts.
Duties:- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments- Utilize sales techniques to engage potential customers and negotiate appointment times- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company's software system- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments- Conduct telemarketing activities to promote services and products
Experience:- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus- Strong negotiation skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
