We are currently seeking a hard-working and self-motivated KITCHEN MANAGER. The successful candidate will prepare a variety of meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products in a commercial kitchen. They must maintain quality, service, and sanitation standards. They will oversee training and development of kitchen staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and directs a Daily Prep List at the start of each shift
- Plans and executes product orders and maintains proper stock levels at all times
- Oversee and execute opening and closing duties in back of house
- Knows and complies consistently with our standard recipes, quality standards and kitchen protocols
- Responsible for the quality of all products prepared
- Performs job to our high standards every day, and ask question when clarification is needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned by upper management
Qualifications:
- Must possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Must be able to accurately train and follow recipes unsupervised
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 55 pounds
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
