Job Title: Podiatrist
We are looking for a board qualified or board-certified Podiatry Associate to begin working full time in a Physician owned practice in the Denver metro area.
Our office is busy with Podiatric Pathology, surgery, sports medicine, and wound care. The practice is already busy with the capacity for future growth.
Duties:
- Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions, including injuries, diseases, and deformities
- Perform surgical procedures such as dermatabrasion, esthetic laser treatment, and gastric lavage
- Prescribe medications and therapies for patients
- Provide foot care education and advice to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in podiatry through continuing education and professional development
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited college or university
- Completion of a residency program in podiatric medicine and surgery
- Valid state license to practice podiatry
- Strong knowledge of foot and ankle anatomy, physiology, and pathology
- Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to interpret medical tests and imaging results
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and eClinicalWorks
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
