Responsibilities:
- Support the manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management
- Sell products and services to customers
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory checks
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Conduct interviews and participate in the training and development of new hires
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses
- Demonstrate leadership qualities to motivate and guide team members
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in inventory management and control
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams and customers
- Experience in interviewing, training development, and leadership
