Our organization is looking for a Records Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing and filing documents, and ensuring that all records are up-to-date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of data entered into the system.
- Provide assistance to staff members with record-keeping tasks.
- Organize and store physical and digital records.
- Retrieve records as requested by staff members.
- Develop procedures for filing, retrieving, and maintaining records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding records management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
