We are a Museum Exhibit Planning and Design firm located in Washington DC (Petworth). We are looking for someone, full-time, to fill our Administrative/Marketing Assistant position. This is not a remote position. It is a position with growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals and qualification packages
- Assisting the Design and Business Principals daily
- Preparing project documents
- Production and management of the firm’s branding materials
- Managing social media and emailing campaigns
- Managing office and project supplies
- Mail and package handling
- Updating and managing website
- Answering phones
- Assist with projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Marketing or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft skills
- Proficient with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suites
- Attention to detail, highly organized, multitasker
- Love of museums a plus!
