Job Description
Client is seeking an experienced Auto Parts Manager, to join our Parts department. In this role, you’ll manage the Parts Inventory, train staff, and order components needed for maintenance and repairs on our vehicles.
Responsibilities include:
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitoring the current parts inventory.
- Negotiating pricing with vendors to minimize shop expenses.
- Overseeing special orders.
- Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair
- Hiring, supervising, and training parts department staff members.
- Assisting in preparing parts lists and estimates for accident vehicles.
- Making sure physical inventory matches quantities in the system
- Create processes for: ordering, receiving, organizing and returning parts.
Specific Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year as a Parts Manager
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
