Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities, fabricating components, and providing leadership in maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with logic controllers, residential painting, CMMS, electrical systems, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment
- Fabricate components as needed for repairs
- Provide leadership in coordinating maintenance activities
- Conduct residential painting projects as required
- Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities and inventory
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in logic controllers
- Strong background in residential painting
- Familiarity with CMMS software
- Solid understanding of electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- GMP compliance
