Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training individuals within our organization and ensuring that employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This position is on the eastern shore of Maryland and lower Delaware.
Duties:
- Develop and implement training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Collaborate to identify training needs and create customized training plans
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to enhance their skills
Experience:
- Proven experience in training management or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as file management, payroll, office management, and schedule management
- Experience in supervising employees and coordinating training activities
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
