Job Description
THE CHALLENGE:

Advanced Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our largest media clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Product Expert: Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex problems and ensure that the products are meeting client expectations in the long run.

Client Partner: Communicate directly with clients to proactively address concerns and assist as needed with training and onboarding needs.

Stay Current: Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and our evolving product offerings to support clients across all areas effectively.

Collaboration is Key: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Client Success and Production) to ensure a seamless client experience.
YOUR PROFILE:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, onboarding or technical support.

Proven ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for sports or data is a plus.

Proficiency in common business software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) is required.
