Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients as they come into clinic
- Checking in patients to clinic, obtaining and reviewing insurance card information and demographics
- Preparing and scanning patient forms
- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and assist with patient inquiries
Qualifications:
- Proficiency speaking Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in performing clerical tasks
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
