```Duties```
As an Operating Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant during your assigned shift. Your main duties will include:
- Managing and leading a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Effectively operating the smoker for cooking product.
- Ensuring that all food and beverage orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
- Monitoring food production and quality to meet customer expectations
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Training new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Utilizing the POS system to process transactions accurately

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service management role is preferred but not a disqualification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in food production and preparation techniques
