Qualifications for the Customer Care Representative:
- Property & Casualty license is required, employee must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date
- Life & Health license is preferred, can be obtained later
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customer, as needed
- Taking Payments
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Make recommendations based on customer’s needs
- Schedule appointments
