A growing property management company specializing in Affordable Housing, operating in multiple states is looking for someone who is passionate about compliance.

This position requires about 50% travel but when not on site you can work from home.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee a team of property managers and sites for all HUD and LIHTCH compliance matters; required to travel based on business need
- Conduct all affordable trainings
- Generate/approve all Rent Schedules
- Conduct and lead all Pre-MOR and Pre-CTCAC audits
- Approve all reports going to the city and monitoring agencies
- Monitor all Fair Market Rents
- Review/approve corrections and responses for all audits
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of compliance experience processing Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC or Section 42) cert. paperwork as well as general affordable housing certifications
- Proven experience with other affordable housing programs such as HUD, Section 8, 202, and/or 811
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with others – employees, properties, supervisors, etc.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
