Job Title: Production Lead
Responsibilities of the Production Lead:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in a food manufacturing setting.
- Ensure that production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Assist in the training of new employees in various roles throughout the production process.
- Monitor inventory levels and request materials as needed.
- Work with the Quality Assurance team and inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements of the Production Lead:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a leadership role in a production or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
