We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Valet Auditor to join our team. The Valet Auditor will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of valet parking operations across our restaurant locations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding ALife Hospitality Group’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Valet Operations: Conduct regular audits of valet services at various restaurant locations to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor Transactions: Verify the accuracy of valet tickets, payments, and reports to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Evaluate Service Quality: Assess the quality of valet services provided, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and safety protocols in valet operations.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to valet staff on best practices, customer service, and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, discrepancies, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant management and valet teams to implement corrective actions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of valet supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auditing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of valet operations and best practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in auditing, hospitality management, or a related field is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This position requires the ability to travel between restaurant locations in Houston.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to perform audits in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
