Revenue Cycle Analyst (Medical AR Specialist)

Job Summary
The Revenue Cycle Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that behavioral and physical health claims are paid correctly, timely, and accurately. Under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Manager, the analyst will monitor payer response files, communicate findings, and analyze payer activity. The Revenue Cycle Analyst will provide feedback and reporting to Billing leadership on outcomes, resolutions, and suggestions for system enhancement or configuration updates.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills/Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required. Associate Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience performing healthcare reimbursement, behavioral health insurance/billing or related work.
- 3-5 years of experience with billing medical claims and/or behavioral claims is preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
