We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join our client's team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and performing accurate data entry tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and addressing client inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Multitask effectively, managing phone calls and data entry simultaneously.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Follow company procedures and guidelines to meet performance standards.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Conduct outgoing calls to clients as part of daily responsibilities.
- Proactively reach out to clients to foster relationships and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to handle phone calls and data entry simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with data entry software and MS Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Applicants must possess a valid health insurance license. Alternatively, candidates without this license may still be considered if they are willing to obtain it with our training and support.
