We seek a medical director-psychiatrist for full-time positions in Jonesboro, AR.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $275,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be an MD/DO psychiatrist licensed in Arkansas
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provides psychiatric care, medication assessments, and crisis response to new and existing outpatient clients.
- Develops individual evaluations based upon assessment data and provides therapeutic interventions as necessary, including ongoing medication management services.
- Review, evaluate, and collaborate with other professionals to discuss treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Provides consultation and health education to agency staff and clients regarding the treatment and medication needs of agency clients.
- Responsive to psychiatric emergencies for appropriate intervention and evaluations.

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
