Job duties include:
Review of work completed on previous shifts.
Building strong customer relationships to meet requirements and requests.
Scheduling appointments with customers in accordance to shop work load.
Creating repair orders with accurate documentation of customer complaint or request.
Checking warranty and contract coverage on all applicable equipment.
Creating estimates for all repair orders and submitting to the customer for approval.
Point of contact between the technician and customer for information or update of additional work details and costs.
Review and finalization of repair orders for customer presentation.
Releasing repaired equipment to the customers and explaining the work done and costs accrued to the customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer skills.
Industry knowledge and background a must.
Ability to understand and relate technical issues to technicians from customers' non-technical descriptions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
