Purpose of Position:

Assists in overseeing efficient operations of the Call Center

Resolves escalated calls

Mentors Call Center Representatives, developing their skills and knowledge to further strengthen member relationships

Supports continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Formal Education: High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Two to three years call center experience is highly preferred; two to three years of interacting with a member in person and on the phone is required.
Other Requirements: Must be bondable and possess a working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office or similar software. Must possess strong communication, customer service and sales skills.
