Location: Jacksonville, FL

In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, from physical labor to project management, and ensure meticulous daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance. Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Oversee facility cleanliness and appearance, including grounds maintenance.
- Manage vendor relationships for landscaping and other services.
- Ensure workspace and equipment cleanliness.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical components.
- Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
- Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Manage parts inventory and maintain stock levels.
- Create and manage preventative maintenance budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors for emergency repairs and services.
- Train and coach General Managers on preventative maintenance standards.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Mechanic/Maintenance Technician in industrial, commercial facilities, heavy equipment repair, or similar industries.
- Ability to manage and plan work independently.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical (motor control), pneumatics, hydraulics, and Microsoft Excel; welding experience is a plus.
